香港青年笛子演奏家，香港演藝學院笛子碩士。中學時期曾獲香港校際音樂節笛子高級及深造組冠軍，大學時期先後兩次獲勝於香港演藝學院協奏曲比賽，獲邀與香港演藝學院管弦樂團合作演出，其後取得首屆《松庭杯》中國竹笛邀請賽成年組(專業)金獎。2005年創立世界首支竹笛樂團──「津樂竹笛演奏團」，致力推廣中國笛子音樂。2019年帶樂團取得首屆《松庭龍吟》全國竹笛邀請賽合奏組金獎，同時獲頒優秀指導獎。
Born in Hong Kong, young dizi virtuoso King Tsun Chan received his Master degree from the The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts (HKAPA). He was the champion of both the Senior and Advanced Dizi Solo Competitions in The Hong Kong School’s Music Festival. Winning the HKAPA concerto competition twice in his undergraduate studies, he was invited to perform with the Academy Symphony Orchestra. Chan received the Gold Prize of the adult group (professional) in the first “Songting Cup” Dizi Invitation Competition. In 2005, he founded the world’s first ensemble group dedicated solely to dizi music “Tsun Lok Dizi Enzemble Group”. In 2019, he led the Group to capture the Gold Award (Ensemble group) in the first “Songtinglongyin” National Dizi Invitation Competition and was presented with the Best Directing Award.
